Praise God Dr, pray with us the school is beginning second term next Monday 18th of May.The ministry of educate have given us instructions that within 2 weeks we must  put a gate on the school and have a guard for the safety of the school during day and also to add more praying equipment at least other 2 because only one is not enough for all the school to use.pray for Gods provision because at moment we do not have any money and as we begin we shall be buying food,firewood,stationary,and other scholastic materials.you can see photos attached.The gate costs 700 dollars and 2 playing machines can cost 800 dollars.

Hi Dr

Thanks for the books. All parents when they  saw the library were so happy and all the students and we believe that the performance this is going to prove mightily and believe that we are going to get many children in the school.

Progress

This is the finished Library in and out completed. I have talked to the carpenter to work on the shelves within a few days they will also be finished.

I have placed an order for the books in Mk publishers and comprehensive publishers.

Thanks Dr for all the support and help to towards our school.

Outside of the Library is finished only shelves inside to to do.

This is how far we have reached with the construction of the library block. I missed the middle stage because I was in the mission and my wife did not take all the photos as I needed them. We are so grateful Dr for the support the whole school has changed a lot. Thank you to the people who have supported us.
I want to get a video to send to you. This will show the front view and the side view and the behind side before roofing, also we were asked to put 2 doors for exit.

Here is the place where i intend to build the Library.We intend to build the library in the holidays and its gonna position us for the start of the term in the new year 2015.So the earlier we do it the better it its to us.

Praise God, we thank God for P.7 candidates finished their PLE yesterday. They finished successfully so we are now  waiting for the results at the beginning of next year. We had 16 children.

The local books according to Uganda ministry of Education syllabus for all classes will cost $ 1000 and the library will cost $ 1000. Thanks Dr for the support.our school has changed allot because of your in put thanks God bless you.

Thanks for the promise to help out with the books purchase.The picture of the book we received from Scotland is hereby attached another photo is the book shelves in the office.

However as earlier discussed with you,we need a separate room for the library this coming year as one of the major things urgently needed.It will be a great blessing to the school to have it.

Shalom,this is where we have reached concerning the building. Thank you for the support and i hope these photos can work for our funders. I will sending the photos on the next  roofing level we are starting by the end of the week or early next week. Be blessed in Jesus’ name.

These are the structures of the School’s current state and level of roofing as I had mentioned to you.

As we are currently, KCCA; the Urban authority was on our neck to establish permanent structures or we are demolished. Because the instructions were urgent, we had to initiate urgent measures and ended up securing a loan which has helped us to build up to this level.

This is the yet to be completed and it is a Four Classroom Block I have been telling you which is hereby attached. The Loan is to be repaid by March next year, but it has lessened our pressure though we have been told to construct the building for Upper primary of which I have sent to you in Wooden Temporally structures by the end of this year.

This I need also to do urgently because the Upper Primary faces closure if the building isn’t constructed within the given short period.

So, the two buildings need urgent attention and the temporally structure mentioned and attached above is the one i have been referring to you in need of being built which cost I sent to you being 2600 dollars.

You had asked the roofing cost but it came when am past that level and the need I have now is to complete the building in terms of Plastering and Painting, Doors, windows, Cementing and making Blackboards plus Seats which is estimated to cost us 1700 US dollars.
